Since October 2017 Isela has been working as a Research support at CRIS on dissemination and exploitation of ongoing research projects, including planning and organisation of conferences, seminars, reporting, marketing, communication and networking.
Isela has more than sixteen years of experience in management of various international, trans-national and regional projects (FP5, FP6, FP7, Cost action, Leonardo, Eco Innovation, Intelligent Energy, LIFE, Erasmus+, Spanish and Irish national funding schemes) with focus on technical research, knowledge transfer & training and dissemination activities. She has been involved in numerous international research and innovation project consortia, containing all aspects from technological development, financial planning, promotion, marketing, dissemination activities, knowledge transfer and partner distributions. Isela has extensive experience in exploitation of research projects results, event organization and management, communication, PR strategy and web design.
Isela Ibrahimovic received BEng in Engineering (Agriculture) from University of Girona, EPS, Spain in 2004, Diploma study in Rural Development from NUI Galway in 2006 and Master in Landscape Architecture from Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain in 2013. Her BEng thesis ”Landscaping Reconstruction (based on Principle of Sustainable Design) of the 16th Century Spanish Masia, Ca l'Estanyol, Monells” has been awarded the best thesis by University of Girona, EPS, Spain in 2004.
